The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful. I also appreciated the breakfast, it had a lot of options.
The towels felt thin and old. My bed felt hard. I found the pillows lumpy.

friendly staff excellent location
the staff was very friendly and willing to help with directions. the breakfast included delicious options and a variety of choices each morning. i found the location excellent as i could walk to many attractions from the hotel.

this hotel is centrally located in the city center providing easy access to shops. many quality restaurants and supermarkets surround it making it convenient. the central station is only ten minutes away walking distance.

the queen suite non-smoking offered satisfactory space and comfort . the room cleaning was fantastic each day ensuring a very nice and fresh environment. i appreciated the cleanliness and tidy condition maintained throughout.

helpful staff gorgeous building free coffee perfect location
I found the staff helpful! The building IS gorgeous architecturally. My room included free tea coffee and water WHICH was a lovely touch I really appreciated. The location IS perfect RIGHT in the center.
The noise at night from outside made it a little difficult to sleep even WITH earplugs.

The staff are very efficient I was. The team is super helpful with all requests and questions. Unlimited tea and coffee are available all day long in the dining room for all guests.

The hotel building is architecturally wonderful MANY original features have been retained! There is a lift available for easy access to all floors. The hotel's location is central making it easy to reach all points of interest.

My room was large and airy with big picture windows! The air conditioning IS quiet and effective ensuring comfort. The room included a small kettle a small coffee machine and all supplies for tea or coffee.
